Our Calgary Rug is inspired by Calgary beach on the Isle of Mull and is intricately hand woven by skilled craftsmen using the ‘Tibetan knot’ technique, produced in Kathmandu valley in Nepal. Hand knotted using New Zealand Wool with highlights of bamboo silk.
Our rugs are produced under the GoodWeave label, which ensures that no child, forced or bonded labour is used in the making of our certified rugs. In addition your purchase supports programs that educate children and ensure decent workplace conditions for adults.
Custom colours & sizes available for the Calgary Rug. You can purchase our Pompom Palette, to help you in making your colour selection. This is fully refundable when returned.
FEATURES
Designs are made with natural materials and are handcrafted one at a time. There may be natural variations in un-dyed yarns that are not considered product flaws, there may be slight colour variations from dye batch to dye batch. Our rugs are made entirely by hand, please note that sizes may differ slightly to those specified. There is an acceptable tolerance of approx. 5cm either way, please consider this when measuring for your rug.
